The Job Readiness Workshop serves as an entry level to discover possibilities and Recover dignity & Self-worth. As a launching point, the Job Readiness Workshop demands a dedicated, five-day investment for individuals to discover and assess their potential and possibilities for employment. Since the workshop is open, the diversity of age, gender, race, religion, education and ethnic heritage adds greatly to the experience because of contributions each makes. We have served participants with little education to those with college degrees. Many past graduates have measured this experience as a pivitol point in their lives.
