-Graduates
of the Five Day Workshop may qualify for exploring the possibilities offered
by the Employment Division. The Employment Division is comprised of three
sections: Placement, Temporary
Employment, and Short-Term Training. The
Division is devoted to moving graduates into full-time employment according
to their level of readiness. Participants assigned to the Placement
Section begin job search immediately and move on to employment in
a short time. Some may need to apply at a temporary employment agency
or need work in the Temporary Employment
Component before entry into the competitive workforce. Others require
short-term training for entry-level positions
in the Service or Hospitality Industries. The Temporary Employment Component
develops as many opportunities as possible for graduates to begin work
immediately.
